We review the patient’s medical documentation and history. This includes discussing diagnoses, symptoms, test results, physician reports, and imaging data (CT, MRI, X-rays). If necessary, we arrange for translation of documents into German or English so the clinic can review them in advance.
Individual Needs
Every patient is unique. During the consultation, we clarify preferences regarding the choice of clinic or physician, assess the need for additional specialist consultations, and record any chronic conditions or special requirements. This ensures a personalized approach and helps define the next steps.

We identify which organizational matters will be relevant for the patient, such as visa requirements, accommodation near the clinic, transfer services, or interpreter support. At this stage, we outline possible options so the patient understands in advance what decisions may be required.

Based on the collected information, we prepare initial recommendations and a preliminary plan. The materials are reviewed by relevant specialists, which allows us to outline the expected scope of diagnostics and potential treatment steps in advance.
